Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• Item must not be washed or altered in any way.

Return shipping fees: covered by the customer.

Refund processing: within 3 to 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the same conditions above.

• Exchange is available for a different size or color — subject to availability.
• If there is a price difference, the customer covers the additional amount.
• Shipping fees in both directions are covered by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed items.
• Items with removed tags.
• Sale or special-offer items (unless stated otherwise).
• Accessories and fragrances.
